Laughlin River Run 2007
Laughlin this year was HOT - it was 106 on Saturday.
We rode to the Avi Casino in Arizona for an early breakfast in an effort to beat the heat.
Happy Birthday was sung by all as the paper matches were lighted atop a whipped cream topped bowl of prunes.  Everyone enjoyed a good laugh and Lenny starts workin on number 48.
After breakfast we walked around all the vendors at the Avi.  Lenny decided that since we were tent camping and had no A/C, it was going to be WAY too hot to stick around this town.  Everyone else had A/C and headed for their hotel rooms and we headed for Kingman, AZ.  We found a bench in the shade and enjoyed a cool breeze (probably 90 degrees) as we watched all the activities around the street fair that was going on.

OK - time for refreshments:
A very wise man once told me....
"The only thing better than a good margarita is - another one."
Words to live by - and El Palacio was more than happy to hook us up.
Our last supper was later that night at The El Palacio in Bullhead City (note the glasses are the same).  The margaritas were good as ever and we all had a great time.
