The Emerald Isle
For our honeymoon we decided to go to Ireland.  What a great decision that was.  We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at every stop.  By far, our favourite place was in County Waterford just outside of Dungarvan.  We are definitely going back to Ireland and you can bet your bottom dollar that we will be at the Marine Bar for the Monday night session.  This is part of a panoramic view from the Seaview Bed & Breakfast at Dungarvan (highly recommended); the other part is below.
I really wished I'd written these guys names down.  We spent hours talking to them on Sunday night.  As the hour got later the guitar player asked if he could get me another Guinness.  Never being one to want to offend someone by declining their hospitality, I  accepted, and he went to get it.  I looked around and the placed seemed pretty empty.  I asked what time they closed, and he said, "We closed about an hour ago."  Turns out he is the owner and often stays after hours chatting with people.  As newly weds, our money was no good at the Marine Bar; a sentiment that seems to run through the country.

We could talk for hours about that trip and will regale you with all sorts of stories given the chance.  For now though, enjoy the pictures and if you want the story that goes along - just ask.
