Chili Con Queso
1 lb Velvetta Cheese
1/2 lb Swiss Cheese
1/2 lb Cheddar Cheese (mild or sharp)
2 or 3 cloves garlic (mashed)
1 lg can diced tomatoes
1 can diced green chilies (4 oz)
1 onion (chopped)
1 1/2 lb ground pork
Saute garlic and onion until onion is clear;
add pork and brown.
Melt cheeses over LOW heat and add to meat
mixture. Stir until all ingredients are
well blended. Add salsa for heat and if
it gets too thick, milk to thin.
