Scalloped Corn

          1  can   whole kernel corn
          1  can   cream style corn
          2        eggs
          8  oz    sour cream
          2  boxes JIFFY corn muffin mix
         1/4 cup   melted butter
        salt and pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients and bake on a casserole dish for 40 min. at 400.

If I am using this with Mexican Food, I like to add some Jalepenos, green chilies, and Pimentos.  Either way, this is GOOD STUFF!!!
